Staff Perm, LLC is seeking an experienced Xactimate Certified Restoration Estimator to translate field documentation into precise residential fire and water restoration estimates using Xactimate. The role emphasizes certification-backed expertise, on-site work in the Dallas area, and a contract with potential to convert to full-time.

Competenze

• Strong hands-on Xactimate estimating experience.
• Residential property restoration or insurance restoration estimating experience.
• Experience preparing mitigation and/or reconstruction estimates.
• Ability to read field documentation, photos and measurements and translate the documented work into Xactimate.
• Working knowledge of residential construction materials and repair processes.
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate, well-documented estimates.

Join our team as a skilled Xactimate Certified Restoration Estimator, where your proficiency with Xactimate software and certifications will be key to delivering precise restoration estimates.

We are seeking an experienced estimator proficient in Xactimate to prepare detailed residential fire and water restoration estimates. This role focuses on transforming field documentation into accurate, well-supported estimates using Xactimate software, with a strong emphasis on certification-backed expertise.

• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Contract with potential to convert full time
• PAY RATE: $45.00 hr
• LOCATION: Dallas, TX area preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Xactimate estimates for residential fire and water restoration claims.
• Build mitigation estimates from dry logs, moisture readings, equipment records, photographs and field documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• IICRC WRT certification
• IICRC FSRT/SRT or AMRT certification
• Xactimate certification
• HOVER experienceXactAnalysis / carrier portal experience
• Previous carrier, adjuster or TPA estimating/review experience
