Meyers Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Restoration Estimator/Project Manager to lead insurance damage repair and remodeling projects from assessment to completion. You will meet clients on-site, prepare detailed estimates, and oversee multiple projects to ensure quality and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in estimating within the construction and/or insurance restoration industry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management or insurance claim adjusting.
• Minimum of 3 years of residential remodeling project management experience.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and/or Symbility estimating software is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license (company vehicle and gas provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet with potential clients at damage sites to assess needs, explain services, and build trust.
• Assess damage, perform take-offs, and prepare comprehensive estimates for repairs.
• Manage repair and restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and site teams; maintain active communication to keep projects on track.
• Develop new contacts and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Be available for after-hours emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records, timelines, and project documentation.

Schedule

Full-time | Monday to Friday.

9-hour workdays, day shift.

After-hours availability may be required for emergencies.

Work conducted across the region with travel to client sites (company vehicle provided).
