Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager/Estimator to lead restoration projects from estimates through completion. You will manage insurance coordination, subcontractor oversight, and client communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reconstruction estimates using Xactimate.
• Manage projects from post-mitigation through reconstruction completion.

• Utilize DocuSketch and related technology platforms for estimating support.

Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe are a growing and well-established restoration company seeking an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager/Estimator to lead the reconstruction side of our restoration projects. This individual will play a critical role in estimating, insurance coordination, project management, customer communication, and overall job execution from initial repair walkthrough to final completion.

What You’ll Do

• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Knowledge of residential and commercial reconstruction practices
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to pass a background check
