Responsibilities

• Screen and pre-qualify potential jobs.
• Make initial contact with insured and adjuster.
• Develop and finalize job scopes with adjusters and clients.
• Lead production and coordinate with leadership to complete projects.
• Prepare accurate estimates with itemized lists for repairs.
• Draft and submit initial invoicing; assist with collections with accounting.
• Review files for profitability and accuracy of scope.
