Job summary

Taylored Restoration in Anchorage, AK, is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to plan, scope, and finalize restoration projects. The role includes selling jobs, coordinating resources, and managing insurance relationships to meet deadlines and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restoration estimation or PM, a college degree or equivalent experience, and strong sales and communication skills. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm, with on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an estimator or project management role for an emergency services restoration and/or reconstruction firm
• College degree or equal career experience
• Sales experience

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
• Define project scope, goals for each project assigned and execute.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and customers in a timely and clear fashion.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit estimates using Xactimate.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
• Build, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the project's success.
• Generate leads and close sales.
• Manage relationships with insurance adjusters, property managers, insurance agents, contractors, etc.
