Job summary

Pro-Craft Restoration is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to plan, execute, and finalize restoration projects. You will scope, resource, and coordinate with team members and third‑party contractors while managing deadlines and budgets.

Strong insurance relation management is essential. Requirements include 3+ years as an estimator or PM in emergency services restoration, solid restoration knowledge, and proficiency with Xactimate and Symbility.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an estimator or project management role for an emergency services restoration and/or reconstruction firm.
• Solid restoration knowledge and reconstruction experience.
• In-depth experience using Xactimate & Symbility software.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and goals, execute to plan.
• Communicate expectations to team and customers clearly.
• Estimate resources and participants needed for goals.
• Draft and submit estimates using Xactimate & Symbility.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors on projects.
• Build and maintain key insurance industry relationships.
