Job summary

Resource Environmental Solutions LLC (RES) seeks a Designer III to lead restoration design production and field activities for stream and wetland projects. This role requires independent leadership of design assignments, hydraulic modeling, field coordination, and responsibility for the quality of technical deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Natural Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading restoration design tasks.
• Experience leading stream and/or wetland restoration design.
• Experience applying hydraulic modeling to restoration projects.
• Proficiency producing and coordinating complete design plan sets.
• Experience supporting restoration projects during construction.
• Experience performing QA/QC of technical or design deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead design production for restoration projects and coordinate field data collection.
• Develop plan sets, cost estimates, specifications, and QA/QC for designs.
• Coordinate construction inspections and resolve design issues.
• Mentor junior designers and field teams throughout the project lifecycle.
