Restoration Crew Chief Water/Fire

Full Time • Elk Grove Village

Up to $30 an hour depending on experience. Hourly pay or 40 hours plus overtime guaranteed depending on skills/experience, 7:30am-4pm are normal hours. You will need to be on call every day after hours, Monday-Sunday. You will receive special compensation for after-hours work. Health & Dental insurance, Paid Holidays, and Vacation included.

We are seeking water, fire, and mold remediation Technicians and Crew Chiefs to be part of our team. IICRC Certification is preferred but not required. If you don’t have any, don’t worry, we will help you get certified!

Our main goal is customer satisfaction, so excellent communication skills with customers and team are essential. This is a full-time position; holidays and weekends may be required, so flexibility is necessary. IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT) are advantageous. Water and Fire restoration experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.

PuroClean is a local mitigation and remediation company responding to property damage caused by water, fire, mold, and biohazards. We operate 24/7 and participate in an on-call rotation. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, pass background checks, and pre-employment drug screening.

Job Description: As a Disaster Restoration Technician, you will assist with equipment setup, removal of damaged materials, demolition, debris hauling, mold removal, post-demolition cleaning, and working in confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Complete paperwork accurately
• Navigate and use business software (Xactimate a plus)

• Flexible schedule
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required

Compensation: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
