ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. You will manage restoration tasks from water extraction to mold abatement and supervise the Restoration Technicians.

The role offers a starting pay of $21 per hour, plus a $500 sign‑on bonus, on‑the‑job training, and opportunities for advancement. Comprehensive benefits include health, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning.
• Must have valid driver’s license and transportation.
• WRT Certification IICRC required.

Responsibilities

• Directs and supervises Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers on each project.
• Ensures timely, quality completion of restoration cleaning and related tasks.
• Maintains equipment security, supplies, and documentation.
• Ensures customer communication and relations throughout projects.
