Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to oversee residential and commercial loss projects caused by water and fire damage. You will direct restoration technicians, coordinate preventive measures, and ensure timely, high-quality work on every assignment.

Qualifications

• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to travel out of town.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must pass a drug screen.
• WRT Certification (IICRC) preferred.
• Experience in restoration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, quality completion of restoration projects.
• Directs and supervises Restoration Techs and staff on the project.
• Ensures competence and quality of team members.
• Promotes ongoing training and knowledge growth.
• Maintains security and cleanliness of equipment and supplies.
• Ensures productivity of team members on assigned projects.
• Completes all project documentation per protocols.
• Maintains excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required.
