ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead residential and commercial losses caused by water and fire damage. You will direct restoration technicians, coordinate mitigation tasks, and ensure quality delivery on site.

The role pays $21 per hour and is negotiable based on experience, with a $500 sign-on bonus. On-the-job training, strong benefits, and opportunities for advancement are included to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and carpet/upholstery cleaning.
• Crew Chief experience in fire and flood restoration.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel out of town.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• WRT Certification (IICRC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely, quality completion of restoration projects.
• Direct and supervise Restoration Technicians and Staff Laborers.
• Evaluate competence and quality of crew.
• Provide ongoing training to improve skills."
• Maintain equipment security and cleanliness on projects.
• Ensure project documentation and photo-records are completed.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
