Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Springfield, IL seeks a Restoration Crew Chief/Restoration Supervisor for residential and commercial fire and water cleanup and restoration. You will lead a crew, perform specialty mitigation, light demolition, water extraction, cleaning, mold abatement, and content handling, while mentoring teammates and ensuring project success.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning.
• Previous restoration as Crew Chief is desirable but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely, high-quality completion of restoration projects.
• Directs and supervises Restoration Technicians and Staff Laborers on assigned projects.
• Monitors competence and quality of the team and provides training as needed.
• Maintains equipment and supplies, ensuring security and cleanliness.
• Ensures project documentation and photo-documentation meet protocols.
• Maintains excellent customer communication and relations.
• Performs additional duties as required.
