ServiceMaster DSI in Lee's Summit, MO seeks a Restoration Crew Chief to lead on residential and commercial loss projects caused by water and fire damage. You will supervise technicians, manage equipment and documentation, and ensure safety and quality.

The role includes a $21/hour starting rate and a $500 sign-on bonus. Applicants should have restoration experience, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and WRT certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning.
• Previous experience as a Crew Chief in a fire and flood restoration company.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Water Restoration Tech (WRT) Certification IICRC.

Responsibilities

• Ensures timely quality completion of restoration cleaning, moving, packing, or labor projects.
• Directs, aids and supervises Restoration Techs and staff on the project.
• Evaluate competence and quality of Restoration Techs and staff.
• Increase knowledge and skill level through training.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of all equipment and supplies.
• Ensure productivity of assigned Techs and Laborers.
• Complete project documentation and photo documentation as required.
• Maintain excellent customer communication and relations.
• Perform other duties as required.
