Qualifications
- Must have good communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
- Prior restoration experience required.
- Ability to travel out of town.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Pass background check and drug screen.
- WRT/IICRC water restoration certification.
Responsibilities
- Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate on-site operations and ensure quality workmanship.
- Direct, aid and supervise Restoration Technicians and staff laborers.
- Maintain safety standards and ensure project documentation is complete.
- Communicate with clients and manage expectations.
- Oversee equipment use and supply management.
