Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Hartford, CT is seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead residential and commercial mitigation projects. You will oversee fire and water damage cleanup from start to finish, coordinate on-site operations, and ensure safety and quality while guiding a team of Restoration Technicians.

Qualifications

Must have strong communication skills.
Valid driver's license.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Willingness to travel out of town.
Able to move and lift 50+ lbs.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) or IICRC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish.
Coordinate on-site operations and ensure quality workmanship.
Supervise Restoration Technicians and staff on projects.
Ensure timely completion and proper documentation of work.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
