Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in Madison, WI is looking for a Restoration Crew Chief to lead fire and water restoration projects. Ideal candidates should have prior Crew Chief experience and be familiar with restoration procedures and cleaning techniques. Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and quality completion of assigned projects.
• Supervise Restoration Techs and Staff Laborers.
• Evaluate competence and quality of team members.
• Ensure all required documentation is completed.
• Maintain security and cleanliness of Company equipment.

Skills

Restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning experience

Crew Chief experience

Good communication skills

Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT)

Tools

MICA, DryTrack, or similar software
