Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Crew Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restoration work, excellent leadership skills, and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service. In this position, you will be making a difference each and every day. We are committed to making every type of property damage “Like it never even happened!”

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and supervise restoration crews in various projects, including water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and more.
2. Ensure that all restoration work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
3. Communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the restoration process.
4. Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
5. Manage inventory of restoration equipment and supplies, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and time worked by crew members.
7. Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and other team members to deliver successful restoration projects on time and within budget.
8. Adhere to all safety guidelines and promote a safe working environment for all team members.
9. Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety.
10. Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role is preferred, but not required.
2. IICRC certification or equivalent training in restoration and remediation techniques is preferred, but not required.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
9. Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environmental conditions.
10. Willingness to travel as needed.
