The Position: Restoration Crew Chief We're seeking a Restoration Crew Chief to lead residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration projects. Responsibilities include overseeing specialty mitigation services, water extraction, carpet and upholstery cleaning, mold abatement, and more. This role also involves supervising Restoration Technicians and ensuring project quality and efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting pay of $20+ per hour, based on experience

Requirements:

• Experience in restoration or carpet and upholstery cleaning
• Previous Crew Chief experience in fire and flood restoration required
• Strong communication skills
• A valid driver's license
• Ability to travel and lift 50+ lbs
• Water Restoration Tech Certification (WRT) is required

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and quality completion of restoration projects
• Supervise and support Restoration Technicians and Staff Laborers
• Maintain high standards of work quality and customer communication
• Facilitate ongoing training and skill development for team members
