Job summary

SERVPRO of Southwest Raleigh/Holly Springs is looking for a Construction Superintendent to lead fire and water restoration projects in the Raleigh area. You will oversee field operations from start to finish, ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, superb customer service, and math skills; restoration/construction experience is preferred. The franchise offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401(k)

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Field aspects of construction projects from start to finish
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the project
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other parties involved in the project
• Manage project schedules and ensure all deadlines are met
• Ensure customer satisfaction including educating customers about construction process and compiling and solving punch list items
