Summit Reconstruction & Restoration is seeking an experienced Construction Sales Estimator to grow our recovery and rebuilding business in Oregon and Washington. You will meet with clients, walk projects, develop scopes of work, prepare detailed estimates, and sell rebuild projects while coordinating with production teams to deliver on commitments.

The right candidate will combine strong Xactimate skills, sales ability, and project-management discipline to drive profitability and client

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience preparing estimates using Xactimate.
• Proven experience in construction, restoration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong client-facing and sales capabilities.
• Ability to develop scopes of work and accurate budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison for clients and projects.
• Develop relationships with property managers and industry contacts.
• Identify and pursue new reconstruction opportunities.
• Prepare detailed estimates and develop project proposals.
• Manage sold projects through closeout and coordination with teams.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Communicate scope changes and project needs to clients and leadership.
