Job summary

SERVPRO Team Friermuth is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator for our Puyallup location. You will manage bid creation, price reconstruction projects, and ensure accurate scopes of work with high-quality estimates for customers, clients, and suppliers.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus commission, with benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits, plus uniforms and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• Xactimate estimating software experience is required.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.
• 1–3 years previous construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience.
• Superb customer service track record.
• Effective written and oral communication.
• Advanced math skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive customer relationships throughout the estimating process.
• Develop accurate scopes of work and detailed Xactimate estimates.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, insurance carriers, and project stakeholders.
• Identify project constraints, upgrades, and reconstruction opportunities.
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and specialty vendors when needed.
• Deliver complete, organized, and timely estimates.
