Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Restoration Construction Manager to oversee disaster restoration projects year-round. The role includes direct client communication, scheduling carpenters, ensuring scope and safety, and coordinating with the Regional Construction Manager.

Starting salary ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, plus a company vehicle and benefits. Candidates should have at least five years hands-on construction experience and two years of project management

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout entire project to ensure excellent customer service.
• Management and scheduling of direct report Carpenters.
• Ensures material, supplies, permits, licenses, and inspections are obtained timely.
• Ensures timely and quality completion of all construction projects.
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure services are delivered on time.
