ServiceMaster DSI in St. Paul, MN is seeking a Restoration Construction Manager to oversee projects, coordinate carpenters, and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Starting salary is $80K-$90K per year, negotiable based on experience, with a company vehicle and eligibility for a yearly bonus. The role offers on-the-job training, opportunities for career advancement, comprehensive benefits, and a culture focused on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• 2 years project management experience (preferred).
• Strong remodeling/restoration experience (preferred).
• Ability to run multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen.
• Xactimate experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout projects to ensure quality service.
• Manage and schedule direct report Carpenters.
• Ensure timely and safe completion of construction and carpentry work.
• Coordinate materials, permits, licenses, and inspections.
• Maintain safe, clean jobsite and enforce PPE.
• Drive a company vehicle to locations designated by customers.
