Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and/or construction project management.
• Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software).
• Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for restoration projects.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met.
• Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally.
