Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Two years project management experience preferred.
• Remodeling/restoration experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct communication with customers throughout the project to ensure excellent service.
• Manage and schedule direct report Carpenters.
• Coordinate material, permits, licenses, and inspections with Foremen and Carpenters.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of construction and carpentry projects.
• Adhere to scope, time, and material specifications; communicate discrepancies.
• Assist in change order estimation and documentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Review job cost reports to monitor labor and materials.
