Job summary

ServiceMaster DSI in St. Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead residential and commercial restoration projects from estimate to completion.

You will coordinate with a Construction Superintendent, manage client and adjuster communications, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding safety and quality standards. This role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration and/or construction project management.
• Proficiency with Xactimate (estimating software).
• Background in disaster mitigation/restoration highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage estimates for restoration projects (fire, water, mold, storm, etc.) using Xactimate
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and execution alongside a Superintendent
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycleEnsure quality, compliance, and safety standards are met on all job sitesSupport marketing and relationship-building initiatives to grow accounts
• Attend client meetings and represent ServiceMaster DSI professionally
• Monitor financial performance and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and contribute to team development
