Job summary

CRS Temporary Housing, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Restoration Claims Specialist to coordinate our General Contractor network within the Managed Repair Program.

You will support claims adjusters, ensure policyholder satisfaction, and manage contractor performance while maintaining strong client relationships. The role starts with approximately 90 days of in-office training (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and moves to a hybrid schedule (1 day at home per week) after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably phone-based.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Stable employment history and strong attendance.
• Strong work ethic, accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Experience in restoration, insurance claims, contractor management, or vendor networks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with our network of qualified General Contractors (GCs).
• Communicate CRS KPIs/metrics to GCs and hold them accountable to expectations.
• Handle escalations and resolve contractor-related issues affecting claims and repairs.
• Record professional notes in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Compile and explain performance reports to leadership.

This role focuses on providing claims adjusters access to our network of qualified General Contractors to perform policyholder repairs, as well as maintaining the relationship with our network of General Contractors.. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and being a primary point of contact for both GCs as well as claim adjusters, while maintaining a strong focus on policyholder satisfaction and outcomes.Compensation: $20.00/hr. (approx. $41,600.00/yr.) plus possible annual bonus based on company performance.Training: Approximately 90 days, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (in-office). Due to the nature of the training, we ask you do not request PTO during the training period.Regular Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some flexibility upon completion of training)Hybrid: This role I primarily in-office, with a hybrid offered after training is completed. Hybrid is 1 day at home per week, based on performance.Computer and phone equipment will be provided.
