Arizona Restoration Contractors is seeking a driven Disaster Restoration Reconstruction Project Manager in Phoenix, AZ to lead complex reconstruction projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, develop schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and communicate progress with stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years in insurance restoration, restoration, or construction PM.
• Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes and building codes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with project management software; valid driver's license for site visits.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects from assessment to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to keep on time and on budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Develop detailed schedules and budgets; maintain documentation.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and managing expectations.
• Review contracts, change orders, and scopes of work.
• Identify and resolve issues, delays, or risks proactively.

• Oversee and manage all phases of restoration reconstruction projects from initial assessment through project completion
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and on-budget delivery
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular project updates and managing expectations
• Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and project scopes of work
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or risks proactively

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in insurance reconstruction, restoration, or construction project management
• Strong knowledge of reconstruction processes, building codes, and industry standards
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with project management software and tools
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular site visits in the Phoenix area
• Xactimate experience necessary
• Insurance restoration experience required
