PuroClean of Plant City in Plant City, FL is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative to expand our local market presence. The role focuses on building referral partnerships, generating qualified leads, and connecting customers with restoration services.

Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, pursuing new business opportunities, and collaborating with management to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Local travel required; 8-hour shifts, in-person work.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in the property restoration industry.
• Sales, business development, marketing, account management, or related experience.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• Reliability in travel across the service area.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business by identifying opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain referral partnerships with insurance professionals, property managers, real estate agents, contractors, and others.
• Grow existing accounts through regular contact and relationship management.
• Network in the community by attending events and meetings to generate leads.
• Promote PuroClean's restoration services and value proposition to partners and customers.
• Generate qualified leads and manage the sales pipeline, including meetings and presentations.
• Collaborate with management and operations to ensure excellent customer experience.
