Job summary

Peachtree Group seeks a reliable utility/dishwashing associate to maintain cleanliness of dishes, tableware, and utensils. Responsibilities include scrubbing, rinsing, sanitizing, and loading items into dish machines, and keeping the dining area tidy.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine
• Wash and sanitize all pans, utensils, and dishes
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain dish machine
• Unload dishes and utensils from the dish machine and organize them properly
• Clear dishes and silverware from dining room tables and clean tables and chairs
• Re-stock buffet food as needed
• Empty trash containers regularly

Utility position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods and are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Additionally, utility position clears plates and cleans tables in dining room and help stock buffet.
