Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue Austin is seeking a diligent dishwasher/steward to maintain clean tableware, pots, pans and utensils in a fast‑paced hotel kitchen. You will operate the dish machine, load and unload, and help keep the area sanitary.

Dishwashers /Steward are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe.
