Job summary

Rocket Enterprises, the premier franchisee of Hardee's in Southeast Georgia, seeks a Training Manager to lead the training of General Managers, Assistant Managers, and Shift Leaders across stores. You will ensure LMS-based training is completed and coordinate onboarding with District Managers to support guest satisfaction and consistency.

The role requires 7–10 years in restaurant settings, 3–5 years in management, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience.
• 3–5 years in management positions.
• Financial planning aptitude including budgeting and P&L management.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Train General Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders to meet standards.
• Ensure completion of Computer Based Training via LMS at each store.
• Conduct Limited Time Offer trainings to maintain product knowledge.
• Provide regular coaching and performance feedback to staff.
• Coordinate onboarding and orientation with District Managers.
