Job summary

Rocket Enterprises is seeking a Training Manager to lead training across Hardee's restaurant locations in Southeast Georgia. You will coach General Managers, Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders, ensure LMS-based training completion, and conduct Limited Time Offer trainings to keep staff knowledgeable.

Collaborating with District Managers, you will drive onboarding, orientation, and performance feedback while upholding food safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of restaurant experience required.
• 3–5 years in management positions.
• Financial planning: budgeting, scheduling and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure training of all district team members and leadership.
• Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and training using LMS.
• Support marketing programs and local store initiatives.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
