Job summary

Momentous Concepts seeks a hands-on Restaurant Technology Manager to support in-store hardware, restaurant apps, and vendor coordination across New Braunfels, Gruene, and San Antonio locations.

This on-site, field-based role collaborates with GMs and Operations to troubleshoot issues, manage assets, and lead technology projects, requiring regular travel and strong customer-focused communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in restaurant/retail/hospitality tech in multi-location settings.
• Hands-on deployment, troubleshooting, and support in operating environments.
• Cloud-based restaurant POS administration; Toast experience preferred.
• Knowledge of property-level networking and ISP troubleshooting.
• Experience with payroll, accounting, gift card, loyalty platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain in-store tech including POS terminals, printers, tablets, and KDS.
• Manage Toast configurations, menus, pricing, permissions, and online ordering.
• Coordinate vendor support and project work for new openings and remodels.
• Provide first-line tech support to operators and document common issues.
