• Process orders and relay to kitchen staff for preparation.
• Cook, assemble, and portion food and beverages following recipes and safety rules.
• Stock supplies and keep the dining area clean and organized.
• Operate cash register and handle payments with accuracy.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift responsibilities.
