Linked Eats builds AI-powered software that helps restaurants improve revenue and margins across third-party delivery platforms. Our products support more than 5,000 enterprise restaurant locations and more than 200 owned and operated stores. The platform gives restaurant teams practical tools to find lost revenue, manage digital operations, and make better marketplace decisions.
Position
Linked Eats is hiring a full-cycle sales executive to win new business with independent restaurants, multi-unit operators, and franchisees. You will show restaurant owners how Linked Eats can recover revenue, reduce delivery-platform errors, keep digital storefronts online, and improve marketplace marketing and pricing. The right person is comfortable building a territory from the ground up, walking into a restaurant or calling an operator directly, and turning operating data into a clear financial case.
WHAT YOU’LL SELL
The Primary Product: Uplift Marketing AI
Your primary focus will be Uplift Marketing AI, which manages restaurant advertising and promotions across the major third-party delivery platforms. Restaurant operators set their budget and goals, and Uplift uses performance data to execute and adjust campaigns across locations.
- Runs promotions and sponsored listings across DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub.
- Analyzes campaign performance by platform, location, and daypart.
- Adjusts bids, promotion structures, and campaign variations as results change.
- Applies successful strategies across multiple locations while preserving store-level control.
- Gives restaurant operators clear reporting on campaign activity, spending, and performance.
Supporting Products
As customer needs develop, you will introduce the rest of the Linked Eats platform as supporting solutions:
- Smart Pricing and Pricing Optimizer - uses location- and time-specific pricing strategies and measured markup adjustments to support profitable growth.
- Dispute Recapture - automates the review and dispute of delivery-platform error charges and can recover up to 80 percent of funds lost.
- Financial Reconciliation - brings transaction data and discrepancies across delivery platforms into one dashboard with transaction-level reporting.
- Automated Uptime - monitors unexpected marketplace shutdowns and reactivates eligible stores within minutes based on operator-defined rules.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the full Uplift sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and close.
- Build a targeted pipeline of franchisees and emerging multi-unit groups that use or want to grow through third-party delivery platforms.
- Use outbound calls, email, local networking, referrals, restaurant visits, franchise events, and industry relationships to create new opportunities.
- Lead discovery conversations about marketplace sales, advertising budgets, promotional strategy, day part performance, customer acquisition, and location-level results.
- Identify where an operator is overspending, underinvesting, or relying on promotions and sponsored listings without enough time or data to manage them well.
- Translate each prospect's order volume, campaign spending, and growth goals into a clear business case for Uplift.
- Deliver focused demonstrations that show how Uplift manages campaigns across platforms and continually adjusts strategy based on performance.
- Close the initial Uplift relationship, then identify opportunities for Smart Pricing, Dispute Recapture, Financial Reconciliation, and Automated Uptime.
- Coordinate with onboarding, customer success, marketing operations, product, and analytics teams to create a smooth handoff and strong early customer experience.
- Maintain accurate opportunities, activities, next steps, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Represent Linked Eats at restaurant association meetings, franchise events, trade shows, and customer gatherings as assigned.
- Share recurring customer objections, campaign needs, and market feedback so the team can improve Uplift, its positioning, and the sales process.
