Pinthouse is seeking a Restaurant Technology Specialist to keep pub, brewery, and central operations running smoothly across hardware, software, networks, and guest engagement platforms in Austin.

You will serve as the central hub for store systems support, perform hands‑on field service, troubleshoot issues, manage configurations, and coordinate with restaurant teams to ensure reliable technology across all locations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting of Toast hardware and related systems.
• Ability to navigate and organize menu data and hierarchy logic.
