Job summary

LV Petroleum LLC operates an ICONIC A&W restaurant inside the travel center at Fairview, KS. We are hiring restaurant team members (cashiers & kitchen) who are passionate about food and customer service.

Walk-in interviews are held weekdays from 11am to 4pm at 801 W 1ST ST, Fairview, KS, in the travel center. Training is provided, and team members support guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Punctual and team-oriented.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15-25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Ensure orders are correct and served promptly.
• Handle cash, card, and mobile payments with a POS system.
• Cook and assemble food orders per recipes.
• Prepare beverages such as root beer floats.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen, dining, and restrooms.
• Restock supplies and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with management.

At LV Petroleum, we are seeking restaurant team members (cashiers & kitchen) to join our ICONIC A&W restaurant located inside our travel center located in Fairview, KS. If you have a passion for food and customer service, then we want to speak with you!

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside of our travel center located at 801 W 1ST ST, Fairview, KS.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude
• Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly
• Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally

Food Preparation

• Cook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards
• Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned

Teamwork

• Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary
