Job summary

LV Petroleum’s ICONIC A&W in Fairview, KS invites restaurant team members to join our busy travel-center location. Walk-in interviews are held weekdays 11am–4pm at 801 W 1st St, Fairview, KS. No experience is required, as on-the-job training will teach you cash handling, food prep and guest service in a fast-paced environment.

Greet guests, prepare orders, and maintain cleanliness while working with a friendly, reliable team. Must be punctual and able to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

At LV Petroleum, we are seeking restaurant team members (cashiers & kitchen) to join our ICONIC A&W restaurant located inside our travel center located in Fairview, KS. If you have a passion for food and customer service, then we want to speak with you!

WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside of our travel center located at 801 W 1ST ST, Fairview, KS.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude
• Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly
• Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally

Food Preparation

• Cook and assemble food orders following A&W recipes and standards
• Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures

Cleanliness & Maintenance

• Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned

Teamwork

• Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary

• No previous experience required (on-the-job training provided)
