Team Member Description

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range

$15 - $17/hour

Job Functions

1. Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restock front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
3. Adhere to food safety standards and report any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at all times.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
8. Monitor and ensure the quality of products, taking appropriate actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and guidelines.
14. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and restocking of stations.
