Team Member Description

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range

$15 - $17/hour

Job Functions

1. Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature standards.
3. Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
4. Maintain a positive attitude and have fun at work.
5. Strive to exceed guest expectations.
6. Be a willing team player and maintain respectful relationships with management and colleagues.
7. Represent QDOBA positively as an ambassador.
8. Monitor product quality and take necessary actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and display professionalism.
10. Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Perform other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greet guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serve guests following recipes and preparation guidelines.
14. Keep all stations clean, organized, and stocked.
