Team Member Description

Position Summary

As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests. You would help maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range

$15 - $17/hour

Job Functions

1. Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
2. Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
3. Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
4. Maintains a positive attitude and has fun.
5. Strives to exceed guest expectations.
6. Works well with team members and maintains respectful relationships with management.
7. Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
8. Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions to maintain standards.
9. Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
10. Follows sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
11. Performs other tasks as directed by management.
12. Greets guests enthusiastically upon entry.
13. Serves guests following recipes and guidelines.
14. Cleans, organizes, and restocks stations.
