Team Member Description

Position Summary: As a Team Member, you would prepare food and serve our guests, helping maintain high-quality products by following our quality and safety standards.

Pay Range: $15 - $17/hour

Job Functions:

• Prepares food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools.
• Restocks front line with prepared product during peak volumes and/or in accordance with time & temperature.
• Adheres to food safety standards and reports any questionable food deliveries and/or practices.
• Maintains a fun and positive attitude at all times.
• Strives to exceed guest expectations.
• Works cooperatively and respectfully with management and team members.
• Acts as an ambassador for QDOBA.
• Monitors product quality and takes appropriate actions.
• Ensures personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
• Follows sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Performs other tasks as directed by management.
• Greets guests enthusiastically upon entry.
• Serves guests following recipe and preparation guidelines.
• Cleans, organizes, and restocks stations.
