Wonder is hiring a Team Member in Gaithersburg, MD to bring menus from Michelin‑starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a warm guest experience. You’ll master multiple roles, uphold safety standards, and contribute to a fast‑paced, fun team.

Pay starts at $18.00 per hour, with an extra $2.00/hour premium for overnight shifts and additional premiums for Certified Team Member and Trainer roles; full-time and part-time schedules available with benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keeping stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and all food-safety guidelines, including proper temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portion accuracy, and ensure order correctness.
• Greet guests, assist with orders, payments, and the Wonder app.
• Support meal-kit and delivery operations and ensure dispatch accuracy.
• Participate in light local marketing activities.
