Job summary

Wonder is hiring Team Members in North Bethesda to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life, while delivering a welcoming, positive guest experience.

The role offers full-time and part-time hours, $18.00 per hour with a $2.00 overnight premium, plus benefits including free meals, medical/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) plan and employer-paid life insurance. Growth opportunities exist as the company expands across locations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand for a full shift.
• Weekend availability required.
• Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain) if required by local health departments.

Responsibilities

• Create Amazing Food: prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Deliver Incredible Hospitality: greet guests, assist with orders, and support meal-kit and delivery operations.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, manage inventory scans and ensure accurate portions.
• Keep Our Restaurants Looking Their Best: sanitation, cleanup, and restocking cookware and equipment.
• Be a Key Part of the Team: support teammates, maintain a positive, high-energy environment, perform additional duties.
