Job summary

Wonder in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a Team Member to help bring menus from Michelin-starred and celebrity chefs to life while delivering a welcoming guest experience. Base pay is $16.50/hour with $2.00/night premium for overnight hours 12:00 AM–5:00 AM, plus potential premiums for certified team member or trainer roles.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong organization and clear verbal communication.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items to Wonder standards, keep stations clean and stocked.
• Follow HACCP and food-safety guidelines, monitor temperatures and storage.
• Manage inventory scans, portioning, and order accuracy.
• Greet guests, assist with orders and payments, support app usage.
• Maintain sanitation across kitchen and dining areas, restock as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to a positive environment.
