Wonder is hiring Team Members in Gambrills, MD for both full-time and part-time roles. You will prepare menu items to Wonder standards, greet guests, handle orders and payments, and help with delivery and restaurant operations. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), and growth into Trainer/Supervisor roles.

Must be 18+, able to lift 50 pounds, and have weekend availability. Overnight shifts add $2/hour; certified team member and trainer premiums apply where eligible.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen or customer-facing role.
• Ability to work with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
• Solid organization, clear verbal communication, and ability to follow directions.
• Team-oriented with basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
