Job summary

LV Petroleum is hiring for Miss J's, a restaurant inside a travel center in Lowell, AR. We seek team members for cooks and cashiers to support food prep, cooking, and guest service in a busy setting.

Responsibilities include following recipes, maintaining hygiene, coordinating with front-of-house, and assisting in inventory. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; training is provided and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay focused under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle kitchen equipment safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking and follow recipes to ensure quality.
• Cook or assist in cooking dishes per menu specifications and maintain proper temperatures.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, follow safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with restocking supplies and manage inventory to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.
• Follow established cooking procedures and portion sizes, and handle allergens appropriately.
