Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, handling transactions via POS, preparing foods and beverages, and supporting team members to keep operations smooth. Walk-in interviews are held weekdays 11am–4pm at 1021 Poplar St, Wellsville, KS.

LV Petroleum is searching for Restaurant Team Members (Cashiers & Kitchen) to join their ICONIC Miss J's Cafe inside of our bustling travel center. If you are a customer service advocate and team player, we would love to hear from you!
WALK-IN INTERVIEWS: Held weekdays from 11am - 4pm inside our travel center located at 1021 Poplar St, Wellsville, KS.

Job Summary

A Miss J's Cafe Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude
• Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly
• Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system
• Address customer questions or concerns professionally
• Cook and assemble food orders following Miss J's recipes and standards
• Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks
• Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures
• Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas
• Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed
• Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned
• Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary
