Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) in Rochester, MN is seeking Team Members to assist with daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, prompt service with great food in a clean, inviting setting.

The role involves greeting guests, processing payments, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health and safety standards while working closely with managers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 16 years; 18 years old to work opening and/or closing shifts.
• Must possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a smile, takes orders, processes payments, and handles customer issues.
• Operates cash register or POS devices; uses suggestive selling to increase sales.
• Communicates positively with customers, peers, and managers.
• Verifies the accuracy of guest orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen area, counters, prep areas and utensils.
• Cleans dining room, restrooms and exterior areas.
• Maintains health and safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Performs duties at multiple workstations.
• Maintains prompt and regular attendance on shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Collaborates with management to resolve restaurant issues.
• Learns team effectiveness skills and works to achieve team goals.
